In 2020, the world felt uncertain. I was pregnant again, and what should have been a joyful season quickly became filled with fear.
The thought of walking into a hospital surrounded by COVID patients was overwhelming. Even worse, many moms were being forced to give birth wearing masks, sometimes even without their partners present.
That’s when I decided: I wanted something different this time.
The Decision That Changed Everything

I had always imagined the idea of home birth — warm water in a birthing pool, soft lights, and a calm environment. But after my first hospital birth in 2018 (with a failed epidural that left me in pain and bedridden), I didn’t think I was capable of anything else.
By 2020, I knew I didn’t want to repeat that experience.
So, I began researching home birth and discovered hypnobirthing.
It wasn’t just about breathing. It was about rewiring my mind — teaching me to let go of fear, to embrace trust, and to believe in what my body was designed to do.
What I Feared (and What I Found)
I won’t lie — I had fears.
- What if something went wrong?
- What if I couldn’t handle the pain?
But the more I practiced hypnobirthing, the calmer I became. I repeated affirmations like:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
“My body was designed to do this.”
I visualized myself on a beach, listening to ocean waves.
I practiced breathing until it became second nature.
By the time labor began, my nerves had transformed into quiet confidence.
My Home Birth Experience
The difference between my hospital birth and my home birth was night and day.
With my husband applying counter pressure on my lower back, my doula encouraging me, and my midwife guiding me, I felt supported in every way.
Instead of sterile walls, I had my own space. Instead of machines, I had affirmations and breath. Instead of fear, I felt peace.
When my baby was born, I wasn’t hooked to wires or lying in a bed I couldn’t leave. I was free to shower, climb into my own bed, and snuggle my baby in the comfort of my home.
I felt empowered.
Why I Believe in Hypnobirthing

For me, hypnobirthing wasn’t about “escaping” pain. It was about shifting my mindset. It taught me to trust my body, to lean into support, and to focus on calm instead of fear.
That shift changed everything.
And that’s why I created the Hypnobirthing Meditation Bundle.
The Resource I Wish I Had
When I was preparing, I couldn’t find anything simple and affordable. Most resources were either:
- Courses that cost hundreds of dollars, or
- Premium apps with high monthly fees.
I wanted something clear, calming, and accessible.
So I created it myself:
5 guided meditation tracks (relaxation, breathing, affirmations, visualization, and partner support)
A simple guide so you know how to use them
Affordable access — so every mom can prepare for a calm birth
Your Calm Birth Is Possible
If you feel anxious about birth, you’re not alone. I’ve been there. But I want you to know: your body is capable, and with the right mindset, you can experience a calm and confident birth too.
